An overweight University student who said she challenged herself to reduce five kilos after she was called ‘body fat’ by an ex, continued to lose an incredible 140 pounds and reveals a tight and toned body now.
Hayley Westoby was having a silly argument with her then-boyfriend when he let it slip that he thought she should “lose some weight.” Even though she understood he did not mean it maliciously, Hayley took his words as motivation to get her health under control.
She thought to herself "I have problems with chronic pain, recurring infections, and constant health concerns… I am so sick and very tired of looking in the mirror and seeing all that fat covering my body…"

When her disgruntled ex-told her to “eliminate some weight,” she took it to heart and worked tirelessly to get in the best form of her life.
Westoby hit the gym and completely turned around her diet plan to start shedding the weight: “I decided to place myself an achievable focus on of losing 11 pounds and was astonished at how quickly it came off. THEREFORE I kept going, educating myself on exercise and nutrition along the way.”
Now she weighs in at a slim 8th has and 7lbs an incredibly toned size ten physique.

“I decided to place myself an achievable target of dropping 10 pounds and was amazed at how quickly it came off. THEREFORE I kept heading, educating myself on exercise and nutrition on the way.
“Now I have lost 140 pounds completely naturally and am so proud of what I have achieved. I will hardly ever be embarrassed by my body again.”
Before she began her degree, Hayley had been in shape with good fitness sports, as she loved running and level.
